David S. Mittleman has represented injured people from the day he began his law career. He has tried personal injury cases throughout Mid-Michigan, since 1985. He received the largest medical malpractice verdict in Gratiot County history. He has settled over a thousand cases recovering millions for his clients.

Before beginning his law career he was a registered pharmacist giving him a unique perspective on injury cases. He is an Executive Board Member for the Michigan Association for Justice and on the Council of the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Law Section. The highest court in the State of Michigan appointed him to the Michigan Supreme Court Committee on Model Civil Jury Instructions. Recently, Governor Granholm appointed him to be a trustee of the Michigan Public Educational Facilities Authority.
