The family of Francis Keller, a New Jersey man who died shortly after having his wisdom teeth removed, will receive about $11 million following a jury verdict in their favor. Mr. Keller died in 2005 when his dental surgery caused excessive swelling in his mouth and throat, resulting in his being unable to breathe. The surgery was performed by Dr. George Flugard.

Good dental hygiene is crucial to one’s overall good health. While many of us might consider a trip to the dentist to be an unpleasant experience, no one expects their dentist to commit malpractice. Unfortunately, dental malpractice claims are not uncommon. If you or someone you know is the victim of substandard dental care, contact us to see if we can help.

These ambulance chasers are the most anoying bloodsucking creatures who care about nothing but to drain the system to make a buck. They are the reason our health care system is going bankrupt.

To George Dukakis:

There is no such thing as an ambulance chasers; which has nothing to do with a Dentist being careless. To loss a love one because of old age is one thing, but to loss a love one because of a person being careless is another.

Before you make judgment on a person and/or a law firm; ask your self this question! If you lost someone you love because of a Dentist being careless, would your opinion be the same?
